Selling abroad and listing translation

Hello,
we would like to start selling our products in France and Germany. From what we saw in the various customer service forms on Ebay, we only changed the shipping module so that customers can see that we have international shipping. Is this the solution, or do I need to create a new French and German store?
For translating listings in France and Germany, I don't understand how to proceed because even going to the Ebay FR seller account and trying to modify the listing text it takes me back to Ebay IT.
Does anyone have a solution?

with one account, you can sell anywhere.
For translation, there is an external app... paid... that translates the title and the listing text:
