I sold a package via Poste Express that shows as delivered and signed for on Poste, while my buyer says they didn’t receive it. What do I do? I’ve already contacted Poste and spoken with an operator who clearly read this person’s signature but can’t give it to me. For them, the package is delivered! How does eBay protect me?? Please help

Mentore3 years agoIt’s important that it was shipped to the address provided by eBay and that it shows as delivered.
In the event of a dispute, enter the shipping code. In most cases, that’s enough
If it’s a valuable item, you can ask the post office for the POD (proof of delivery). Unfortunately, the post office charges 5.80 to send this certification.
