Good morning, I am a new reseller. After putting a thermostat up for sale, I received an offer that I can consider satisfactory for my expectations, but I am not given the option to accept it. What can I do? There are 2 days and a few hours left until the auction expires

since it’s an online auction, you have to wait until it ends, or close it in favor of the highest bidder:
