Sale
Hello, it’s the first time I’m putting an item up for sale. So I’d need some advice: if I have a buyer and I send him the package, and he says it never arrived, does Ebay protect me as the seller? Do I lose money and the item?

Mentore1 year agoFor delivery, just use a real tracked shipment and that way prove to eBay that the package arrived at that address.
If you do find a dishonest user, you will never be able to prove that the package actually contained your item and so, in the event of a dispute, you will be forced to refund.
Dishonest users are a small percentage of the total, but you must always take into account the fact that they exist.
If you want the absolute certainty of receiving and keeping the payment, avoid distance sales. Only in-person exchange with cash payment.
