Sale to a user with 0 feedback, registered for 1 year...
Hi everyone, I would have sold, in France, an item (value €80 + shipping €50) to a user with feedback 0 and registered for 1 year... I have serious doubts, obviously, already once a French user (I don't want to generalize, just a coincidence) had scammed me by saying that the item had arrived not as described, etc...
Is there a way to protect myself? Should I make a video of the package with the inside visible? Are photos enough?

Mentore2 years agoGiven that the vast majority of buyers are honest people.
If you run into an experienced scammer who wants to rip you off, French, Italian or of any other nationality, photos and videos will be useless. In distance sales, there is no valid protection against these possible issues.
