I preferred to cancel a camera sale, about which the buyer had immediately accepted the price and item - with very clear photos in the listing - because he insistently kept saying he wanted new images since he "couldn't see them" on the listing. To my questions about why and from where he was writing, he didn't answer clearly, and the reference he gave me, after a bit of googling, turned out to be various Nigerian names (a country unfortunately often involved in many s***ms). Has this happened to others too??

Mentore1 year agoThe Nigerian scam only works if some very naive seller gives their contact info (email or phone) to the scammer. Also for this reason, on ebay, giving out this information is prohibited.
