Sale with in-person pickup
My listing is only for in-person pickup. A woman from another city has made the payment but doesn't want to come pick it up. What should I do now?

Mentore3 years agoIn your listing you state that: Pickup of the item in the area will be arranged (shipping is not предусмотрed).
So it would be the buyer's problem. Contact her and ask her what she'd like to do, whether she prefers a refund or whether she sends a courier to pick up the package.
Keep in mind that if she opens a refund request through eBay, you'll be forced to refund her, since it will be impossible to prove that it was she who didn't show up to collect it rather than you.
