Sale with in-person pickup, how do you mark the item as delivered
I sold and delivered, as agreed with the customer, an item to their home.
I wasn't able to scan it.
Can you explain how my customer should proceed so that the item is marked as received/delivered?

Mentore2 years agoAt the time of the exchange, you should have scanned his QR code or entered the 6-digit code in the App.

Mentore2 years agoIf it wasn’t possible, probably because he didn’t choose pickup in the area but shipping... so if the agreement was between you without respecting what he had actually purchased, you’ll never be able to mark it as delivered...
Or explain better how the events unfolded...
