Good morning - I sold a coin but in the description of it I made a mistake in the date of who issued the coin, a Doge of Venice ..The buyer wants a refund because the date corresponds to another doge
even though the image matches what was sent. how do you suggest I should act? - thanks

if the buyer has opened a return request on ebay, there’s not much to suggest, to avoid hurting yourself too much accept the return and arrange the pickup at your own expense... otherwise ebay will do it for you, and you risk losing both the item and the money...

OP3 years agoThanks. I showed my goodwill to the buyer but he says that he won't even pick up the registered letter and will reject it

Mentore3 years agoGood... so from the supposed right he will move to the wrong... if he refuses a shipment "voluntarily" he will not be covered by eBay customer guarantee, so he will rely solely on your honesty...
