Sale of undelivered item

Discussion interactions are currently paused.

I put a mug up for sale, I sent it to the buyer who says he didn’t receive it, then I get a request from another potential buyer who paid for the same item that I had already shipped to the first buyer and therefore no longer have in my possession.
I contacted eBay customer service by phone to find a solution, but the conversation was interrupted, I don’t know if because the line dropped or for some other reason. I called customer service back but got no answer. Could someone tell me what to do. Thanks

No, you made a mistake! You put 3 identical mugs up for sale.

2 have been sold and the third is still for sale.

Check the shipment tracking to try to understand what happened to the shipment of the first mug sold.
Cancel the second sale immediately, apologizing for the mistake. If you have been paid, issue the refund in advance (always through eBay procedure).
Close the current listing before selling the third mug as well.
