sale of an item with collection of the goods
Good evening, for an item for sale, I specified in the listing that pickup is the buyer's responsibility; the person who made a purchase offer - which I have already accepted - asks me to send them more photos by email (so not through E-bay) and to have it shipped; I replied that I prefer to keep contacting them through E-bay and I asked for instructions for pickup at my home, as specified in the listing. It is a television for which I no longer have the packaging box, and I would like to avoid shipping it to avoid the risk that it could break during transit, now I am waiting for news from the buyer; do you know if a similar situation has already happened other times? Mentore2 years agoIf they don't pay within 4 days, cancel the transaction for unpaid item.
If they have paid, but still don't bother to pick it up, cancel for address and refund them.

OP2 years agoCiao Mario, l'acquirente ha pagato e non ha ancora risposto alla mia richiesta di concordare il ritiro a domicilio; il ritiro a domicilio come condizione era ben specificato nell'inserzione. Sono passati tre giorni, quanto mi consigli di aspettare ancora? Grazie e buona giornata, Alessandro

Mentore2 years agoDevi annullare entro 30 giorni dalla vendita, decidi tu quanto tempo sei disposto ad aspettare. Io annullerei subito.
