I received a message requesting shipping for an item to Japan. After calculating the shipping costs and modifying the listing to make overseas sales possible, I find that the buyer has purchased my item but instead of the 170 euros I set, I end up with 144 euros! How can a buyer give themselves a discount? I should mention that this is the second time this has happened to me with overseas sales. The first time I canceled the order and I even received negative feedback! I would be grateful if someone could give me an answer.
