Sale IBAN not provided
Hello everyone, I've been an Ebay user since 2009. I don't sell much, but in mid-January I sold an item... Basically everything was fine, positive feedback, etc. Now I see that my funds are blocked because the IBAN is missing... okay, I get that so far, but I don't have an IBAN. I call support and they explain to me that I must have one. I think, but if I was missing this IBAN, they shouldn't have even put my item up for sale, let alone not let the customer pay for it. I mean, blocking the sale before it even starts. Now I don't have my money, but the item has gone, the shipping cost was covered in advance, and they rightly deducted the listing fee so what am I supposed to do? ... I don't want anything in particular BUT ONLY MY MONEY

Mentore3 years agoThe answer is very simple: enter an IBAN, even for a prepaid card... otherwise ebay will never be able to pay out your earnings.
