Sale pending payment because the buyer was charged more than the amount due

I made a sale, the item is shown as delivered, eBay sent a notice :
We apologize for the delay in crediting the payment. This is due to an error that resulted in an excessive charge to (guy)'s account. Therefore, the total amount of EUR +++ was charged to the buyer's account instead of EUR ++ and the amount is currently being processed and credited to your account.
As a result, you will be asked to send a refund for the overpayment of EUR + before we can process the pending EUR +++. We recommend that you send the money as soon as possible and contact us with the money transfer details for confirmation, so that your account can be credited with the pending amount of EUR +++ without delay.

I'd say do absolutely nothing... also because ebay doesn't charge anything to buyers' bank accounts!!!
