sale of historical books/newspapers from the twenty-year period
I put up for sale a book by D. MacSmith "Mussolini il Duce" that was blocked because it goes against eBay's rules. When I go on eBay, though, I see many of them for sale on the subject.
Has anyone else had the same problem? Can a history book be considered against the rules when these are sold in regular bookstores?

In this one, certain rules apply and certain titles get blocked.
