I put coins up for sale, I would accept returns in case of a dispute but the system automatically says the opposite, that is, that I do not accept returns. Why? Thanks

As a private seller, you can choose not to accept returns for buyer’s remorse, but, like all other sellers, you are required to accept the return in the event of a dispute over an item not as described.

If you also want to accept returns for buyer’s remorse, you’ll need to change your settings in the sales rules manager…… https://www.ebay.it/help/selling/business-policies/gestore-delle-regole-di-vendita?id=4212

Thanks Mario, super useful. As for second thoughts, no, I don’t accept returns. In case of a dispute, that’s different. Have a good evening and thanks again.
