Sale not updated
The buyer received the item a week ago, EBay paid me the amount on 19/1, the buyer left me positive feedback today, but the item is not shown as delivered on "my eBay".
Do I need to wait for the update without doing anything?

Mentore3 years agoProbably a communication problem between the carrier's site and eBay.
Important that it still shows as delivered on the courier's site and that the delivery address is the one eBay gave you.

OP3 years agoSorry for the extra bother, but the carrier has no awareness of eBay at all; when I shipped, I made no reference to eBay. I only gave the buyer the tracking number. Anyway, on the carrier's website it shows as delivered since 17/1.
Should I just leave things as they are, or do you recommend something else?

If you didn't do that, it's impossible for the system to update.
If it no longer lets you enter it now, just leave everything as it is.

Mentore3 years agoYou can enter it anyway... go here:
Manage all orders (ebay.it)
find the order and on the right of the image, at the bottom, you'll find "+ Add shipping code"... enter the code and the correct courier.
