Hello, I wanted to share this misadventure, I sold a Vintage Toy to a Canadian user, while the package was in transit, he asked to be compensated for an item not delivered, I explained to eBay that the package is regularly in transit, all of it can be documented in the tracking, he asked for intervention from customer service which, without much preamble, decided to reimburse him on 12/06/2026, I appeal to tell them that the package is in transit but nothing, meanwhile the user blocks me by putting me on a blacklist and no longer replies to my messages, the package keeps moving and yesterday 29/06/2026 it was delivered to the user who collected it regularly, official eBay tracking that shows it as delivered, they removed the call, I submitted the request several times via chat, I want to see if they give me a hand, because I call this a SCAM, I can't find any other words to comment on it . I repeat, trackable package, tracking on Poste Italiane and regularly delivered yesterday to the user who picked it up without any problems, basically I lost the item / shipping costs / paid the fees ????? for free ...........
