Sale of item for spare parts and return request
Hello,
-a camera lens was sold for spare parts
-before shipping, I exchanged messages with the buyer in which I specified that some parts might be missing
-the buyer receives the item and leaves positive feedback
-after a month, he asks for a return for item not as described, because when taking it apart some parts are missing
Now eBay gives the options I’m attaching. Can I safely رفض the return without running into retaliation like "changing the feedback from positive to negative"?

Mentore1 year agoThe feed can't be changed, at most you can add another comment.
If you refuse the return, you pass the decision to eBay. It's not certain they'll side with you.
