Sale of product with return request
I sold this Bluetooth module for motorcycles to a guy abroad, not in Italy, and so far so good. After a few days I get a return request with photos telling me that inside the box there wasn’t what I had put in it but a motorcycle manual. This really smells like a scam to me. How can I solve this?

Mentore2 years agoIf a dispute arises, whether genuine or merely a pretext, and if you don’t make any mistakes, you will be forced to compensate him.
Consider whether it’s worth getting back, at your own expense, the “manual”.
