Sale of product specifying in-person pickup, but the customer can’t pick it up and is asking me to ship it.
Hi, I’m trying to ask, maybe someone has been in the same situation. I sold a product specifying hand delivery as the shipping method. The buyer has already paid but lives far away and asked me if I can ship it. What can I do now to charge them for shipping?
thanks for the help.

You wouldn't have a way to prove delivery. In-person pickup involves codes, which the buyer has to give you at the time of the exchange. If you ship it, you're at the buyer's mercy and have to hope for their honesty.
The best thing would be to cancel the transaction and, if you want, you can put the item back up for sale with the shipping option.
