Sales blocked in Germany?
Hi, I’ve been a professional seller for just over a year now and I’ve used the platform to sell items that I make myself all across Europe.
Germany seems to be one of the countries where my items sell best.
Until a few weeks ago I was having decent success, then, from one day to the next, offers and sales from Germany stopped completely.
I read in an old post that my account may have been blocked specifically because of sales in that country, but honestly it’s not very clear and, more than anything, it’s not understood what needs to be done.
I should note that I have not received any email from eBay informing me of anything.
Has this ever happened to you?
How can I tell if I’ve been subject to a sales block?
And, more importantly, how can I resolve the situation?

Mentore2 years agoI think it depends on the packaging regulations in force in France and Germany since summer 2022.
