Sales blocked, banned profile
I and some competitors sell the same product, except that I keep getting reported and blocked, and they don’t 😅 this is the email written to Ebay:

I am writing about a problem that has come up several times now and I ask you to reanalyze the situation that I am presenting to you now.
I and other users sell the same product, in the same way (photos, description), but for about a month I have been
initially prompted by a warning that indicated my product as not compliant, I opened a ticket and the 3-day ban was removed. Afterwards, I republished the product, in less than 24h I was reported again, giving me a 7-day ban.
My question is: how come, selling the same goods in the same way, I get reports and bans and the others can keep selling?
My goal is not to get other profiles shut down, but to ask for equal treatment for all users, something that has not been reserved for me despite what I have already explained (with proof) about the equality of our sales.

Mentore2 years agoIf you keep selling R4 cartridges with copied games, of course they’ll block you.
It’s not a problem with eBay rules, it’s outright illegal behavior.
The fact that others keep doing it has no value at all. It would be like complaining about the carabinieri arresting you because there are plenty of other thieves around.

OP2 years agoThe question is legitimate, either you enforce the rules for everyone or you remove part of a policy that is literally flawed, it makes no sense to let a single seller sell 10/20 items and then close 2 identical ones. For the sake of consistency they should remove every single listing that does not respect
