Foreign sales (Japan) with more products purchased individually
Hello everyone,
I sold more than one product to the same buyer living in Japan and now I have to ship them.
My main question is whether it is possible to make a single shipment for both products and, if so, how the paperwork should be presented; should both invoices be attached?
Has anything like this ever happened to you?
I think this factor could also affect the coverage that can be extended regarding insurance, which in this case seems to me not able to cover both amounts. Is there any solution for this?
Having said that, I wanted to ask for advice on where to place the documents to be attached. Should I put them in a sealed plastic pocket taped to the parcel, or can they be handed directly to the courier?
Thanks a lot

OP2 years agoBut eventually do you know if more than one invoice can be indicated in the proforma document?

Mentore2 years agoIf you wanted to make a single shipment, you had to combine the two orders into a single invoice before payment.
If you now have two separate transactions, it is risky for you to make a single shipment.
For the documents, follow the carrier's instructions (each carrier has its own rules).
