Hello everyone, I’ve been blocked from selling outside Italy, within the EU, and to get unblocked I’m being asked to register for OSS, to pay VAT in the countries where I sell the items.. I spoke to my accountant, but since I sell used items, so in Italy I’m under the "margin scheme" for invoicing, in practice I don’t pay VAT like someone who buys new items, so registering for OSS would only mean a waste of money and unnecessary bureaucratic hassles, since I’d have to declare 0 euros of VAT on sales... I know some of you managed to get reinstated by explaining the issue and making a declaration, I’ve already called several times, but it feels like fighting windmills... Has anyone followed a specific procedure for this?
