Hi, I bought audio cassettes, and there was the option to return them.
The cassette is defective.
I requested a refund.
eBay sent me a message today saying the seller has to send me a label for the return.
Now the seller keeps saying that he doesn't accept returns
What do I do
How can I get eBay to call me
