Hello everyone! ᵔᴗᵔa month ago I shipped an item, which came back to me today because the buyer didn't pick it up or open any dispute; after I contacted them, they asked me to resend it to them.Now, aside from the fact that I have no idea how to get the shipping costs paid, when I click on "Generate a new label" (assuming that's the right method, since I don't have any other options, given that the sale shows as delivered — to me!), a page opens saying "Listing not found".What do you suggest I do?
