Seller absent and refund impossible

Question

Hi everyone, I made a purchase (paid) from a seller who, despite my messages, never replied.
After 7 days the item still hadn’t been shipped, I waited another day and requested the order cancellation and contacted the seller again but still no response.

the 3 days for the seller to accept the cancellation have passed but there’s still no reply.

I can’t get eBay to step in because the cancellation request is still pending.

what can I do to get my money back?

Asking for a cancellation made no sense and in fact it only wasted time.

If the delivery deadline has already passed, you need to request a refund directly.
