Blocked seller
Good evening, I’m asking for help because I bought a power bank about 4 months ago, so it’s still under warranty. The power bank no longer works, and when I contacted the seller, I found out that they have been blocked. What can I do? Can I use eBay buyer protection? Or can I do something to get refunded somehow with PayPal? Thanks

Mentore2 years agoEBay only guarantees that the product arrives and that it is the one described in the listing.
For this reason, the duration of the eBay customer guarantee is only 30 days. After all, this is not the legal warranty, which is due only from the professional EU seller.
