Good evening, I’m having difficulties with a seller who, after I reported receiving merchandise different from what I had ordered, yesterday offered to resolve it by refunding half the amount. I was fine with that, and since they’re wall sconces, today, with an electrician at home doing the work, I had them installed. A little while ago, however, I read a message from the seller taking back what was said and stating that they are willing to accept a return...
If I had known they were willing to accept a return, I would have sent them back, but since they misled me with their words, I consider the behavior unfair. What procedure should I follow now to file a complaint, because it’s clear that I can’t remove the sconces from the wall to return them. Thanks

Mentore1 year agoIf he had offered you a partial refund through eBay's special procedure and you had accepted his proposal, he can't back out now.
If, on the other hand, it was just words between you, you shouldn't have let her get her hopes up.
bye
