Seller who cancels order
Summary: The discussion concerns the issue of a seller cancelling an order. However, the responses provided do not contain any further details or insight on the topic.
I made a purchase, paid by credit card, and after a few minutes I received confirmation that everything was OK. A few minutes later another email informed me that I would receive a refund because I had canceled the purchase. I contacted the seller for an explanation, and they replied that the item's price had been entered incorrectly. In short, they put an item up for sale at a price, but then changed their minds or realized it was too low and therefore canceled the order. Can they do that?

Rather, it’s very unfair that they blamed you for the order cancellation.
They chose the reason of cancellation at the buyer’s request to avoid the seller defects that eBay would have assigned them for their "mistake".
If you want to report the seller’s improper behavior to eBay ... https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/resolving-issues-sellers/segnala-un-problema-con-un-venditore?id=4022&st=3&pos=1&query=Segnala%20un%20problema%20con%20un%20venditore&intent=segnala%20venditore&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1299
