Seller who doesn't respond
Hello, I'm interested in an item but before buying I wanted some information from the seller, about the item itself. So I wrote them a message with my question, no reply. The next day I wrote again, more than 24 hours had passed, but still no reply. I let another day pass and since they accept purchase offers I sent one, explaining it with yet another message, but the offer expired without the seller ever getting back to me, not even rejecting it, no sign of life. At this point I haven't bought anything and I'm wondering, what can I do? I'd be interested in the item but if this person never replies I don't exactly trust them... Thanks. Enrico

If you don't trust him, don't buy it.

OP2 years agoHi, I never said he was obliged to reply, but if someone wants to sell something, it would be appropriate for them to give a minimum of assistance to those interested in buying it, right? This attitude is the result of the arrogance and rudeness that are now widespread everywhere, even in "brick-and-mortar" shops; often the person selling treats you as if they were doing you a favor... Maybe I'm from a different era.
