seller who doesn't respond
hello, I have this problem: in September 2023 I bought a mobile phone battery.
As of today (so not even after 1 year) the battery drains right away and does not hold a charge.
I contacted the seller because I believe it is a defect, but they are not responding to me: in your opinion what "tools" do I have at my disposal to get to the bottom of it?

Mentore2 years agoNone... it's your burden to prove that it's a manufacturing defect and after almost a year it's impossible to do so, since batteries are subject to wear depending on the type of charging, discharging and use...
Most likely you bought a low-quality battery.
