Seller contacted, not responding
good morning
I contacted a seller in order to return an item, the seller is not responding, how can I report this to eBay, ask them to intervene to prompt a response?

no seller is obliged to respond... and no one can force them to.
However, you can open a proper report by indicating the correct reason:
