Seller continues not to cooperate with the return after the refund has already reached the buyer

Hello everyone,
I’m writing to ask for advice about a situation I can’t seem to resolve.
I bought an item, spending almost 2000 euros from a seller on eBay, who had described it as "perfect like new". When it arrived, I found scratches and malfunctions. I opened a dispute, eBay ruled in my favor, and a full refund was issued.
According to eBay’s rules, the seller should now provide me with a return label to send the item back. Despite several days having passed since the refund was issued and my several attempts to contact him, he has not sent me the label and does not seem willing to cooperate.
The situation is at a standstill and I don’t know how to proceed.
Does anyone know how they can help me resolve the issue?
I’m stuck with this package to ship that I can’t touch, and it’s also taking up space because it’s very large.
Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me!

Mentore1 year agoYou have a duty to safeguard an item that belongs to him, so you need to free yourself from this obligation.
You write to him, via eBay messaging, that the item is available for pickup and that you would also be willing to ship it to him if he sends you a prepaid label. You also write that you can’t keep his goods any longer and that, if he doesn’t take care of it somehow within 15 days, you’ll have to get rid of it.

OP1 year agoAre these 15 days set by eBay?
Because I’ve tried to contact customer service several times and they have
never mentioned this possibility to me.
In fact, it seems absurd to me that I should remain indefinitely
responsible for the item in this situation.
Thanks
