Hi, I’m writing here to understand what will happen and how to proceed. I bought some AirPods that I later discovered were counterfeit (confirmed directly by Apple, I have the document proving it). The return process to the seller was initiated, and they provided an address that I noticed was different from the one they had originally shipped the item from, but of course I sent it to the address provided in the return process anyway, because that’s the one that matters, right?The package arrived and now the seller has opened a dispute saying the package was shipped to the wrong address. What happens now? Obviously I sent it to the address indicated in the return process, but can eBay see that? Will they contact me before making a decision to see any evidence? Thanks to anyone who replies
