Dishonest seller!
Summary: gallo5 describes a negative experience with a seller of car stickers, where the product received did not match the description and some pieces were missing. After trying to return them, the seller closed the return request, despite having received advance notice. Customer support replied that they could not intervene, leaving gallo5 dissatisfied and outraged by the seller’s behavior and the marketplace platform’s service.
I decide to order a set of stickers that in the description are listed as JDM AUTO and TUNING so I’m playing it safe; generally these stickers are between 12 and 20 cm long.
They arrive at my house and, to my surprise, I see that they’re 3 cm!!!
Obviously I submit a return request with the reason "not as described/wrong purchase"; if that box is checked it means the product does not match reality or it’s for people who make a mistake but it’s optional, otherwise the option should be changed.
The next day the seller arbitrarily closes the return request, and via message tells me he would have accepted the return if I had written to him, which I actually had!
I contact support and they tell me they can’t do anything....ok then, so the modus operandi is protecting fake dishonest people?
Let’s point out that out of the 59 stickers, 12 are missing, they don’t stick, and a couple are missing letters.
So the picture is very complete.
As for Ebay I’ll just say "SHAME ON YOU" I’ve been buying from you for years and I’ll make sure not to from now on....go back to the good old days of the past and people will go elsewhere.

Also, if the seller was able to close your return request, it's because you entered the wrong reason... "not as described/incorrect purchase" are two completely different reasons and cannot coexist!
So... maybe... it's time to make more careful purchases.
Best regards.
