hello, how is it possible that a seller in the item description writes: accepted payments PayPal, bank transfer? Bank transfer is forbidden by eBay. When I contacted him, he told me to make the purchase and then he would send me the IBAN for payment, but in the payment form, of course, it is not possible to complete the payment because there is no “bank transfer” option. It’s the first time this has happened to me! Obviously I won’t make the purchase. But do these sellers know the rules on eBay??
