Sneaky seller

I bought a brush cutter that never arrived.
I had only received the confirmation email for the purchase and nothing else.
After 3 weeks I managed to contact the seller, who replied saying he didn’t know what had happened with my order.
I asked for a refund and he is asking me for my IBAN to send me the money. It seems strange to me that he is asking for my IBAN, considering he could see it from the previous payment.
What should I do?

Mentore1 year agoIf you paid by bank transfer, you didn’t make the purchase on eBay and you need to deal directly with the seller.
