Seller in Italy, opened an account on ebay.de
Hello everyone! I’m a private seller and I opened an account on ebay.de to have more chances of selling certain spare parts, mostly used ones, that interest German collectors. I don’t know the language, but with the translator I eventually managed to create the account. I posted a single Buy It Now listing and after 10 minutes eBay blocked my account and deleted the listing, for security reasons or something similar. Can anyone explain to me what might have happened? Thanks! Franco

Mentore1 year agoThe German account must be linked to a German mobile number and to a bank account, also German.
With an Italian account, you can still sell on ebay.de

OP1 year agoI didn’t think so, since I entered all my Italian details and the account was created without any problems, just 10 days ago... They blocked it as soon as I posted an ad, account blocked with threats as if I had carried out a terrorist act!! Do you maybe know the procedure to close such an account?
