Seller takes the money and doesn't ship, no longer responds
Good evening.
On the 24th I write to Reyansh Ayurveda in the United Kingdom to ask if they ship to Italy. They reply right away, 'yes'. On the 27th I order and pay, I get the eBay email with the payment and order number, I also notify the guy the same day and then today too, but there is no reply and no shipping movement. But why doesn’t eBay step in when sellers do this silent treatment in communication? Support told me to wait until October 14, the latest estimated delivery date... But why doesn’t he ship, doesn’t answer, and doesn’t give a tracking number? Obviously if it doesn’t ship, it won’t arrive between October 2 and 14... Do I have to wait for the 14th to not arrive so that I end up without a product available, which I need, and start the refund process?

Mentore2 years agoThe seller has until the 14th to get the goods to you. If nothing has arrived by that date, starting on the 15th you can ask eBay for help with the refund.

OP2 years agoI know, but why doesn’t he ship it and why doesn’t he reply ...??? I ordered the product because I need it, not to wait until the 15th for the refund.
Just say 'sorry, I’m not sending it anymore because I’ve had some problems, look elsewhere ...etc '
In Italy they reply to you and if they were to realize stock wasn’t updated, they themselves cancel the order, refund immediately or the money, so they let you know things are handled honestly. I don’t understand this little game. Ebay, if it sees that a customer is being ignored by the seller, should step in, without going along with the farce that if it hasn’t yet moved to ship the product from the United Kingdom, it will never arrive in Italy, between royal mail, customs, Italian post and arriving from a country that is also an island ... Come on ...
But when I asked him if he shipped to Italy he replied right away Yes at 10 in the evening .... now completely ignored since Friday ... Does it really take that much for ebay to 'call out' the seller ? No offense, but at this point I’d be wondering what’s going on underneath all this ...
