Seller disappeared after payment, I haven't received the goods
Good morning, since the end of the year I’ve been dealing with a seller whom I recognized from before but who changed his name and account.
I bought two Funko Pop figures; I’m a collector. The seller is from Naples and in the product listing he states a delivery date that then doesn’t match reality.
Also, as already happened in the past and I recognized him for this reason, he calls my private mobile using personal data so that messages on eBay can’t provide proof of his negligence....
I’m waiting for the product, which was supposed to be delivered on October 18, and with every message of mine he briefly replies that he’ll check on Monday and then doesn’t get back to me
I’d like to cancel the order, report him to eBay, and leave negative feedback.... changing names and continuing to scam people isn’t enough, he has cashed the payment but there’s no sign of the products and on eBay tracking they show as shipped.
What should I do? Thanks in advance

Mentore2 years agoI’d say nothing at all... you waited too long, ebay can only help you within 30 days of the presumed delivery date.
Now you’ll have to обратиться to the payment method if you want your money back.
