Seller is asking me for another payment

I bought an item about 2 months ago, the alleged seller writes to me on WhatsApp that for over 1 month eBay has not released the payment, asking me to make a new bank transfer after issuing me the refund. He asks me as a favor, telling me that he has a family and that he needs it. He specifies that first he will refund me and then I should return it.
I imagine it's a scam, but how does he know that I bought that exact product from that store? Could this be a real problem?

Mentore1 year agoIt's not a real problem, it's the scam that's real, let it go. EBay doesn't block payments for a month and if it does, it means there's an issue with the seller.
