Hello,I received a completely damaged book, absolutely zero packaging, far from the condition described on the page.I started the return process. In the meantime, we agreed via chat with the seller on a 50% refund. They say they can't proceed because there's a return in progress. Is that true? If that's true, if I cancel the return, can I create it again later? Because if they want to rip me off by getting me to cancel the return so I can no longer reopen it, I'd rather just return the item and that's it. Thanks
