Hello, on March 21 I won an item, after various bids I made the seller accepted my offer.

the problem is that he has not updated the agreed amount, and when I go to pay with Pay Pal it gives me a higher amount, I have already sent him 2 emails but he does not reply!

I still have the item to pay for, in the folder "Unpaid items"

I will not pay an unagreed price until he updates the agreed price.

the seller doesn’t even bother to reply, all it takes is talking to clear things up!

But in fact it doesn't depend on the seller... the VAT doesn't go to him but to eBay!

The agreed amount is GBP 118.00, the amount to pay on Pay Pal is GBP 143.96, 30 Euros of VAT more is what it costs me extra?

It's not the first time I've made a deal for an item, it has always worked, the seller accepted my offer but at the time of payment the amount doesn't update, so I don't understand why I have to pay a different amount!?

Moreover, after other emails about the item sent today, the user still hasn't replied to me, today I asked for the cancellation of the item in question, they still haven't replied!

Asking is fair, replying is polite
