Seller doesn't understand
Good morning, I have a problem with a seller. I write to him that my order still hasn’t arrived and he tells me to take a photo of the wrong item,, even though I write in his language, I get a reply that’s definitely from artificial intelligence. I’d like to contact eBay, but it’s impossible
