Seller does not provide a warranty on a replacement part he sold
Hello, I have a question. Basically, I bought a display from a seller, and after being installed it worked for 6 days, while it was in use it turned off (without having suffered any impacts or other issues) and it no longer works, it stays black. I contacted the seller and he tells me that the product was used and therefore it cannot be refunded or sent back. The problem is that by law he should give me a warranty; he claims it is an original product so all the more reason there should be a warranty. After I told him this, he no longer replies to messages. How should I deal with this?

Mentore2 years agoFor DIY, the warranty is not covered.
If you had it installed by a professional, you can request a certificate of the work carried out specifically for this purpose and with that try your luck with the warranty through the seller.
Otherwise, all you can do is take it to the dump.
Kind regards.

Mentore2 years agoOnce installed, there will always be a blame game between supplier and installer.
For this reason, the legal warranty provides that it must be the professional installer who buys the replacement part and then guarantees the complete job (replacement part and labor). He will be the one to go after the supplier in case of problems.
