Hello, at the end of December I won an auction. I paid for a gold jewel.
The seller assured me it would be shipped after the holidays. On the 7th I asked him for information and he replied that he would ship it that same day or the next morning.
After that he stopped replying to my messages.
This morning it shows as shipped but without tracking. I sent him a message but he isn't responding, while he replied immediately to my sister, who asked him for information about another item.
How should I handle this?
It's clear that he's ignoring me on purpose. At this point I don't think the item has been shipped. He had promised insured shipping.

Mentore1 year agoWait until the delivery deadline that was listed in the ad has passed.
If after that date you still haven’t received your cards, within 30 days open a support request with eBay for a refund.
