Good evening, I am an Italian buyer who purchased an item from Spain, paid via PayPal and verified the international shipping as described in the listing.
I made the purchase and payment on 15/05/2025, the shipment "Paquete internacional económico" I don't think ever got sent, I haven't received any email with the shipping information for the package (I assume there is no tracking since it's economy?!). I have contacted the seller several times but they do not reply, I saw that even the latest feedback left a month ago by another user confirms that the seller does not respond to contact requests, how can I proceed?

OP1 year agoThank you, the delivery deadlines have not yet expired. As I expected, I will wait for them to expire and then proceed as you suggested.
