SELLER DOES NOT RESPOND TO REQUESTS FOR CLARIFICATION
Is it possible that a seller, specifically Monclick, does not reply for days to a request for information about a Smart TV, practically "dead" after less than a month from purchase? Beyond the returns regulations, wouldn't it at least be "normal" to give a response? I don't understand...

OP3 years agoYes, I know. But with free mail out for days I was expecting a reply on eBay, also because the purchase was not made directly from Monclick's website... Thanks.

Mentore3 years agoOpen a return request directly on eBay... you'll see that if they don't respond to a simple message, they'll respond to direct requests, it's in their interest to do so:
